It is very interesting to see L.S. Is finally leaving.
End of an Era. End of a dictatorship. She has sold many shares, now that she will no longer be an officer in the company, she will not be tied to SEC rules and can dump most if not all her shares while shares are still high before Abiraterone goes generic by next year.
After all she claimed, she always cared about her pocket than patients. Thank GOD she will be gone soon.

The company would not have been so successful without her. David would have fallen face forward. She made this place not him. Her leaving justifies Medivation has no future. The stock will only continue to drop and sales will continue to decrease.

Timing of her retirement is important. SEC should look at her financial activities vs what MDVN has been pushing as label expansions trials that we all know does not makes any sense.
M.H., is a development person and I am not sure he has business acumen required by a CMO.

does anyone see a pattern here??? 3rd female exec to lose her seat at the table in just over a year and be replaced by a man.

Yes I see. DH likes male servants that will do anything he says and the women stand up to his arrogant attitude. The last 3 men he hired have done nothing to increase sales, make change and motivate our culture.

Of course they are following their partner, AS, Chauvinitic attitude. It will not get better, that is for sure.

Just go to the SEC site and you will see how many shares each officer, including LS, owned, sold while there and thereafter. She is resting comfortably and laughing at this situation. She lied to Physicians, FDA, patients and others regarding possibility of Xtandi's success, only to keep the market excited and shares higher than what they should be, this window, gave her and other executives a great window to execute their shares and options at the highest. In a meanwhile, we are stock with limited shares that we can sell in specific periods each year and are at the mercy of others! She and some other executives should go to jail for their actions.
