IS YOUR BOSS A BULLY?

    Both CB and DM are a waste. We had a conference call yesterday. They can't even get the dial in number right. This is a sad division.

    I would put the HIV mgrs up against any division mgrs at this company in terms of their aggressive HR violations, off label selling, thuggery and misconduct. Not only are they unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent (same with upper mgt..thats you PK) but they are ruthless and stupid. A very bad combo...though one mgr is considered a garden variety decent mgr. The stories over here would make your skin crawl, and frankly, should make HR's as well. However, HR is a lap dog to mgt....so this is a losing division. I am sure it must be worse than any other division's mgt at this horrible company. Would any other division have their upper mgt and mgrs take reps to a all naked, male strip club and expense drinks etc at a national meeting? If so, would head of HR join in as well? Hello Quebec....does HR care?

    Same crap in fertility! DB expenses family stuff, and HR turns the other way! She manages in fear since this is all she knows. Ask her about flights and how to get the best deal she is right on!
    She almost a full district leave about a year ago. She is going to have the same happen shortly. HR could care less.

    The truth will come out about DM in infertility. She is a coward with an evil soul. What comes around goes around DM that is why that got rid of you at Organon they were not going to keep a fat, lazy, hr nightmare around so here she is at Serono thanks to Brian M who is no longer around.
    If HR found out all the crap she is doing she would be history!

    Hopefully someone will come out with a movie series. Management runs wild behind the scenes of pharma. DB stars as the evil manAger from Texas that flies around all week and does anything but work. Oh I take that back she likes to make busy work for her reps while she runs around all week getting miles, staying at hotels and meeting her Ferring friend.

    What is amazing to me is that 10 years ago there was a completely different ABD who was doing the exact same things and got fired for it! Why do people stay? Because with the fertility job there are really only a few options…you either go to one of our competitors or one of the pharmacies. Our background is not all that desirable or transferable to most other therapeutic areas.

    Look around ASRM it is the same hags who have been around forever! Most working for at least two of the drug companies or pharmacies. It is very depressing…

    I worked for this women DB about a year and half ago. It sounds like she is still doing the same things. Her favorite spot back then was either Phoenix or Colorado. She would be in town for a week and you would not even run into her and we both stayed at the same hotel.

    Advice for those still around move on and look for something better. I have found great job small territory able to make bonus and not have to worry that DB will inflate the numbers and make them soft for others. She definitely has a favorite and that person can do no wrong.

    Oh, I don't think it was BM who hired DM. Not a chance. He worked with her at Organon and he knew then that she was worthless and lazy. No customer, selling skills. No leadership qualities, takes advantage of staying a boutique hotels and not working with the reps and not seeing a single customer. Those habits go way back to Organon. She has not changed.

    How about DM making a vacant territory hit goal at over 100%! She jacked the numbers. Now the poor rep will never hit goal since the numbers were increased significantly. That's the DM way!

    DM it's just a matter of time before the chopping block is gonna come down on you. Don't let the door hit your a@@ on the way out. Your whole district knows what's going on.

    How can this be possible aren't goals set from sales and analytics? Is the manager changing these numbers?

    Knows her business all ABD know there business. The difference is when numbers are set up for Failure that is a problem. Get off the website troll. You must have hit goal and be in the inner circle that is taken care of. Not before long the hammer is coming down.
