What is going on in the Critical Care division....my husband has worked for them for 10yrs and always been very upbeat about it's future. He seems to be very worried about the direction the division is heading.

Its been 5 years since this question was first posed.... "whats going on with critical care?"

Any thoughts from the people that have been around since that time (or before)

    just curious...

The cultural dynamics have changed. We use to work hard, play harder, and not be so concerned about finding some intra-week free time if the numbers were there. Now, not so much. It sucks to be truthful. One new boss can taint the party and has done so. Im busting my ass these days and not enjoying the job like I had in the past!!!

the previous poster is entitled to their opinion.

here's my opinion, no doubt this is a hard job, we still have fun and the most fun is yet to come (hopefully this year pending FDA approval).

A new leader is bound to bring change and with that culture changes a bit. If that didn't happen it would have been more of the same... and that hasn't worked for the last handful of years, right?

Cut our loss, we need to hire a VP that can do the job. Seriously?
