Sift thru the pile of cancelled maintenance contracts and lost consumable sales hidden in pile when you get a chance. Oh I'm sorry we just snicker and call them non-renews. Combine that with the 9.9 % decline in RA... Wake up and smell the double digit losses before it's too late. Heads are in the sand till sometime early 2016 when they begin to roll after all gets "discovered"

 

My god, my IDXX stock went down over 10% today! We can't make our quarterly number by a few measly million and Wall Street craps all over us. If I only had a distribution partner to lean on in times of need. We used to be able to load those guys up with product at the end of the quarter but the vets don't seem to be as accommodating. Oh well, the creepy guy at the top tells us to "remain calm."

Distribution & Abaxis are killing us by showing the vets what they pay in monthly service & maintenance charges. When they spend the time to show the vets how much they are spending on our bundling and compare us to cable companies the wheels start to turn. I wish I was still working for Schein right about now.
