Have you seen this person in front of an audience? I was horrified at the level of his expertise in various areas he tried to discuss. On top of that I sat in a meeting with him a few months ago and he is just absolutely 100% guaranteed CLUELESS!! Who is following this man? Sales, marketing, Managed markets, medical? Seriously WTF? Who is holding Sr Executives accountable for this person in this position??

The same could be said for all of them, MT, HO, entire executive committee and all of senior leadership. All of them are failing miserably at their jobs, but none of them are being held accountable. Somehow they continue to blame and point fingers at everyone else. Full steam ahead, iceberg up ahead!

Clinical Nurse Educators led by Doug? Waste of human and company capital. Only justifying keeping Doug under her wing for support and protection. Embarrassing in front of thought leaders. No understanding of the business or specialty so her strategies are primary care 101 level. "Make more calls!" "Find new Rxers!" Brought 3 RSM's over from neuro and 2 of those have already left. Four RSMs have left, (33% of the leadership team) so teams are leaderless right now. People qualified to backfill them are being passed over so expect them to leave soon also. The business in rheum has been relatively flat for 4 straight quarters. She might say we just had the best quarter ever but it is only up marginally from Q3 2014.
