You think this amount of turnover is normal business! You are completely out of touch with reality and our teams.

hey leadership stop worrying about which company a rep leaves for and focus on how to retain top talent. Better yet think about why everyone is looking to leave this place. Terrible comp plans, lack of support and a team who hasn't a clue how the market works. I am looking to pick up a 2nd job just to make the extra $$$ that I have lost due to being duped into accepting this shit show of a job. The latest comp plan is awful, I need to bring in 300k of growth to make 60k in commission. This is unrealistic as we are a grain of sand in the wound care market. I and many of my colleagues can't wait to get out of this place. We have bills to pay, kids to feed and cannot do so with this company.
Good luck becoming a player in wound care.

If your smart you would not work here. Place is a mess, RBM's and upper management haven't a clue how to run a business.

Guido, Linda, Rick, Jim and Joe have f*cked up this company more than a pile of coat hangars. I can' get out of here quick enough. Zero leaders at this company = no future.

Depends on how far back you go. 30-40 if you are staying within 2014. I Can't believe the exodus of incredibly talented people from this company...it is mindboggling. There is a hiring freeze, because the rev numbers have tanked...and you wonder why. No continuity = no future, no leadership = no motivation. And to think when I first came to this company I was so encouraged by the Leadership team (Zoe, Ken, Julie, Lance) and none of them are here now. Very Sad.

I haven't witnessed any leadership from management. The comp plan isnt' competitive. I took this job to get medical sales experience and will leave on my 1 yr anniversary. All the VP's of Sales and the CEO are fools. None of them will make it to their 2 year anniersary.
