Who is exceeding quota in 2015.

    What percentage of the sales force is exceeding goals in 2015. During weekly sales calls the 1st 2 weeks tracker is discussed but dropped end of month & never mentioned the new month, so no idea how many in sales are team are exceeding goals. Predictions for balance of points for products in 2 Q is ONO & O 2 going up? I need more that the small base! In 2014 getting commissions seemed possible, but not now.

    wouldn't be able to tell ya who is exceeding. I know it's hard since they moved the hospitals away from the Territory Manager and gave them to the "hospital managers (Liaisons)"... I've been very lucky with the change, and have still been doing about 300 points on a quota of around 270.

    Yes took this job in 4q 2015promised commission can be made oops change focus & getting lots of a PAP & oxy but do not pay in 2015

    If you really wanna know, stop bitching here and go look at the report on SharePoint! It will tell you every rep in the company's quota and where they are MTD, QTD and YTD. If you can't find this report, ask a senior rep or your Market Leader.

    BULLSHIT!
    Lincare reps don't make squat unless you are a top 5% performer. Even with Apria's revised starting bases for new hires starting in 2015, the potential to make money far exceeds a sales reps opportunity at Lincare. Lincare, AHP and Rotech are THE bottom of the barrel for pay in this industry.
