Distributor looking into Toxicology

I am California based DME distributor with a couple of surgical products thinking about getting into toxicology. I have hesitated getting into it because it seems completely saturated. Since we have Spine, Ortho and Pain Mgmt relationships I figure we can flip a few accounts. Any thoughts, or guidance out there? There are so many labs popping up it seems like compounding where people tell you what you want to hear instead of the reality.

 

I you like I can at least give you my 2 cents on this industry. Ive been in this arena for several years.
