hoping one of you lovely people can tell me the ups and downs of Merial, thinking about switching vet pharma companies.....
I would not recommend it. Management is a disaster. You are micromanaged, tracked, and goals are unobtainable. All the good reps are jumping ship, hence this opening. This is not the Merial of the past.
Who's the manager? New to the industry or from another ah company? I've noticed this position has been open awhile...why? can't fill it? Sucky territory? Bad manager? Merial isn't my first choice, but I hear they pay better than most ah companies...is this true? Whats the salary for experienced ah rep? And bonus potential?
