I don't know if this is true or not, but didn't he get let go sometime in early 2014? It's often hard to tell with these kind of cases if they are accurate or not. Often times it's someone looking to make a quick buck by blaming someone else for their incompetence. Sexual harassment or racial discrimination are common targets. Again, maybe this did happen to this woman, I don't know, but saying that it drove her to cigarettes and alcohol addiction seems a bit out there.
