Advice and Guidance for Starting Out in Sales

I am 27 years old, i have always worked for my family for 10 years however like many businesses, our's has come to a stall, profits minimal, and rent increasing every year. I went back to school to skill up and with hopes to start a career in sales, however don't have any corporate experience. I am looking to start a career in pharma, dental, or software sales. I graduate with my BA this year. Any advise for starting my journey out of college. Many companies are interested in hiring employees with previous corporate experience.

What companies did you apply for right out of college? I am looking for starting salary of $58k.
