I have doctorate and 20 years of clinical experience. I got a MSL offer from Roche Diagnostics. I also have an interview for a MSL position with AZ early January. The Roche offer was low with no bonus available until 2017. They offered less that I was making 3 years ago. They would not negotiate a better salary. The AZ position is a better fit for my background with less travel, but there's no guarantee I'll get an offer. I have to decide if I should take the Roche offer or decline the offer and hope that I get an offer from AZ. The Roche offer expires in 4 days. Any thoughts on what might be the better option? I don't have experience with either company and the deadline is fast approaching.
