As mentioned in the first post, 60% of respondents are definitely considering a job change in 2016. An additional 17% may consider changing jobs in 2016.

The most common concerns respondents expressed about current jobs were: job security - 24%, management - 19%, compensation - 9%, lack of opportunity - 9%. Product pipeline was also a somewhat frequently mentioned concern.

When considering a job change, respondents said the most important factors were: compensation - 44%, company culture - 24%, job security - 15%, manager/leadership - 15%, work/life balance - 10%, benefits - 10%.
