a rumor that's just starting to heat up (just a spark still), and you guys with Teva in the Women's Health Division need to research and get excited. TherapeuticsMD may be prime for a takeover and I'm hearing Teva may be a suitor(disregard the few comments on their board just below yours...just a few disgruntled former employees, and to date all they have is a woman's vitamin line, no prescription drugs yet). They have 1 successful phase 3 trial completed for TX-004HR, an "applicator free" vaginal estradiol soft-gel for the treatment of moderate to severe dyspareunia (vaginal pain during intercourse experienced by more than half of post-menopausal women), a very under treated condition in a huge potential market. Current products quite simply do not work. NDA and FDA submission expected first half of 2016. They also are in Phase 3 for an estradiol / progesterone oral tablet for moderate to severe hot flashes, a potentially HUGE market. Therapeutics is beginning to organize and develop their own sales force, but a buyout for no,less than $44 to $68 per share could be in the works. Worth some time for experienced Teva reps to investigate. Could be very lucrative.

You obviously are new to the estrogen therapy market if you think this is anything new. Plenty of other therapies do work and have been on the market a while. Several have the actual indication for Dyspareunia. Nothing to get excited about.

You sound like a babbling idiot who knows nothing about womens health.
