It is a public announcement that PPD will try to auctioned itself off in early 2016 or go public. Any news on this or the implications?
The current owners are ready to cash in their chips (this is simply what private equity companies do.. buy low, shine and polish, sell , repeat). Implications. company gets sold and.. No change , new owners hands off , just keep profits flowing..happy happy Big Change, new owner, similar type company/competitor..don't need HQ in ILM (lots of cuts there) more cuts to PPD staff (new owner really just needed our Rolodex (for the youngsters pls google that one)..
