decent place to work ?

    Recruiter called me about regional sales position. It looks like there was a lot of turnover the past few months. Are reps running away or being forced out? Does anyone know about the NJ position?

    if you have any other option, do not take the position. CEO is an idiot and VP is out for himself only. Other companies will come out with this test soon and will crush this company. Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere...horrible place.

    This company continues to struggle. At some point if their board finally wakes up and fires their CEO who has driven the company no where but down then this company might turn around. Their VP of sales is a joke, does nothing himself, blames everyone including the CEO. PHENOGEN had good people and we're making progress but their new CEO, with no clue about US healthcare, got rid of everyone. If you have any other options I would stear clear. If not, keep looking even when you take the job.

    Agree. New medical director may have a MD degree but it doesn't mean she knows anything about marketing or developing a product for success. This company continues to amaze...the board must be completely snowed by the CEO and VP- worst I have ever seen. I would be surprised if they were still around in 6 months.
