    Let us enlighten you on why things are not going the way you wanted:

    On one hand, we have Jos, who Loves to listen to herself talk, but does not listen!!!!! Don't ask us what we think and then shut us down with stories!!!!, and really Jos, you could not answer how many bottles we have sold on our last conference call???, really? Thanks for the transparency you preached during the NSM.

    On the Other hand you bring in Mr. Bo! who was a rep 80 years Ago!!! Here he comes to rule with an iron fist! NO fluff, he said, at all district meetings! How we can thank him for the 10-12 call goal?! Thank you Bo!!!! No script from your friend yet???? nope not yet! You started your wave of firing people!!!! So we hear you hate millennials!!!!

    Good luck with the rehiring process..... this time when you tell us its a 40 base pay ( 34 after taxes) keep it at that!!!!! Nobody is seeing a dime of commission moving forward. Bo, and let your new hires know:

    The speakers you're MSL hired that did have meaningful conversation aren't writing!!! Why???? Can't blame that one on us!
    We don't have any samples!!!!! Just tell us why!!!!! we don't want to hear how 40 years ago you sold without samples.... Just get them to us! We had to find out through other reps that the ones we had were poor quality samples!!! See a pattern here?....
    That we have 4 clinical studies at home in a closet because we are waiting to be trained on them!!!! and y'all say WE don't have a sense of urgency!!!!ok!
    Give us data...
    Doctors wanna know: " how much will your Drug save me?" " how many of those 55% did not have an event?"
    " how many referrals will I be able to cut back on? " " how many hospital stays will be reduced?" " does your Product reduce events? HOW Many?! Not the theory that y'all seem to think is so easy to sell!!!!! but the hardcore actual facts!
    Love the new;" We have the aspirin outcomes data" sales pitch! Doctors reply; "and that's why I will continue to use my regular Aspirin!!! "
    All About The Money!!!!!! Get us coverage!!!!!! Got news for you... Tier 3 with restrictions is BS! Our doctors are not eating up the "story" !

    we want to do well! we want to sell! we want a long run...... but we seriously thought you've done this before!
    Y'all have no clue!!!!
    It's 2016, not 1970 Mr Bo! You talk about changing paradigms!!! Start by understanding BS doesn't sell drugs any more!

    Who knows at this point! Why no outcomes data before launch? Im sure all this goes away with outcomes data. The data seems like such a no brainer its pathetic they dont have it. As a correction the entire sales force is not millenials, in fact there are very seasoned sales reps on hand that can't sell this without data either. Those very few that have sold a couple scripts called in huge favors or found a couple docs that write anything. New sales strategy "Find those doctors that write anything no questions asked!"

    So well said OP.
    What I can't understand is why NHP seems surprised that Docs ask about outcome data. Like they don't get why it's important. Or maybe it's just and act on their part. Surely they knew the risk of launching without outcome data? Especially considering we're competing with Otc aspirin that's like 1$ a month.
    Healthcare reform changes the way in which treatment reimbursement occurs. This transformation shifts the focus to outcomes....expect more scrutiny of treatment plans and outcomes, and practices will carefully evaluate drugs and therapies that support these new reimbursement policies.

    I dont get the impression that these guys listen very well.
    They certainly did not talk to and listen to any doctors before the launch.
