Like the title says I'm fresh outta qp3. I wanna be that rep driving a hummer to the clinics and hospitals. Any pointers from the veterans out there? What's the best way to manage the staff and the cm? I'm all ears peeps!
Don't buy the bs these other reps on here tell you. Don't be a slimey rep. Tell them like it is and don't over promise like all the other reps. And don't try managing your center that is your cm s job. Bring in donuts though.
It is reps like you that drove me to the Xanax. If you wouldn't have been a leach on my center for so long maybe I never would have. Gotten addicted. Advise to new rep/run. We don't need you the only reason you were even hired was probably because of your dm requiring a slr. None of us at the center level want you so please leave and don't let the door hit you on the way out. Good riddance
