    new Dallas manager a Lilly reject who will tell you how great he was in field, name is Bryant C. don't believe what he tells you in interview regarding money

    My bet is Bryant went to bat for you on salary, but upper management said no. Impax is notorious for low pay.

    Impax is a great culture for those that want a solo territory and run it as a business. Pay for performance culture with great leadership focused on solutions. Those they say other did not produce and were let go.

    You clearly don't work for Impax. The pay isn't there and the drugs are poorly covered. It is a job to take if you are desperate.

    Define "low" when you are talking about bonus.

    That isn't true. The sales team gets sub-par training, sub-par benefits, sub-par bonus, below sub-par drugs that have horrible coverage. Pay for performance?? Who? Managers? Executives? Not sales reps.
