Skilled Nursing Facility

I accepted a position in a skilled nursing facility with a contracted PT,OT,ST rehab department. Do I need to obtain therapy approval for Medicare A patients or is approval for visits needed only with Medicare B/and or managed care? My experience is with outpatient therapy services only.
