Is there any improvement in Allergan Urology? Is there a steady growth with Botox or is this a sinking ship? Looking at the opportunity but have been in a buy and bill situation prior with inflated quotas and little interest from docs. Is it brutal? What is the average performance to quota in the division?

It is brutal and very few are coming close to overly aggressive quotas..therefore, few making any cash as promised. Urologists just do not see value in a B & B purchase where they are not making a good spread on the lengthy procedure! Period.

    Slide 7 doesn't mention Urology.

    Slide 15 mentions
3.) cash pay, private pay ..........no Medicare.
    4.) No R and D
    6.) No DTC
    10.) no overspending.........goodbye lunches

Slide 41 is a slap in the face to Allergan ................"35 failures"...."not impressive track record"...

    Slide 47 = layoffs.

Slide 49 has the head count for sales reps

Slide 52 - eliminate regional HQ

Slide 55 "Shareholder value is our primary concern"

Slide 57 - Divest Dysport, Restylane, Perlane

    Slide 64 - recap

    Letter to Allergan.

Mark 3:01 - the guy says that he is NOT a fan of AGN.

Mark 3:07 - they SAY they are keeping "a fair amount" of the sales forces.

Mark 3:16 - Again, he ONLY talks about Derm, Opt, Dental, and Asths. Nothing regarding Urology and Derm

Will urology even be relevant once Pfizer takes over? Maybe a better question is, is urology even relevant period? I would be concerned if I were in this division.
