Will Terms of the Sprout/Valeant Purchase Contract save us?

Contract says that Valeant needs to retain 150 sales reps to Promote Addyi as well as
Spend $200 Million on the Sales and marketing materials to Promote Addyi

Clock is ticking as we approach Thursday - Can the Sales Force be saved?

 

Valeant may choose to keep 150 sales reps to promote Addyi but it doesn't guarantee it will be us. They could have derm or B & L reps promote Addyi. However, does Valeant have enough reps still with the company give the mass exodus? I am beginning to think Valeant needs us more than we need them.

 

Given the low salaries paid to the Addyi sales folks who are already trained and up and running, it makes sense to keep the best performers. If the other reps need to train, establish relationships, Addyi sales will dip even more which would be a another bad Valeant decision.
