It's a shame that pharmacy companies have execs that can't make good personnel decisions but hire consulting firms to demolish reps every two years and then two yrs later same firms tell them to hire more reps is that stupid=stupid!
It isn't every TWO years....it is ONCE a year unfortunately....this happened at the same time last year.
My sympathy goes out to everyone who was cut. I left a year ago because I could see this company was becoming a chop shop, with drastic changes happening at least every year. The company was very poorly managed, and kept getting worse. I wish everyone the best and hope you can find something else soon.
