How is the Teleflex vascular access division doing? Are they growing with new products and is it worth making a jump?

Vascular is an absolute disaster. VP of sales is clearly a teletard who talks a big game but can't produce. Upper management is complete mess. They have a clinical side that promises the world and under delivers due to never enough people. The leadership there is nothing but a complete joke. Full of micromanaging tactics and control issues. You can't sell what you can't deliver. They live in backorder problems with the VP of sales promising a fix. He can't fix shit. They promise the customer product and support but cannot adequately deliver. They suck all around, so be careful here.

Listen son, the stock price is at an all time high. This mgt team has more horsepower than any in our history. You need to pipe down and follow orders and we got this under control! Capiche?

You are obviously a douche bag teletard. Since this post things are worse now. The entire clinical team (if you call it a team) is a complete disaster with a leader that can't even wipe his own ass. Sits in an office and does nothing. Has a chief minion that runs the show and has things so micromanaged that productivity and customer needs cannot adequately be met because they are all running in circles filling out paperwork and schedules to support her resume fluff. VP of sales continues with his bullshit pep talks and tactics. Backorders and broken equipment continue to loom at every turn. Clinical support in the field sucks. No other way to say that. there is not enough of them and they are very poorly micro managed. Many have been run out by the queen bee. You're on your own out there with little support... if you don't know your shit and can't support your products and customers on your own, it's a tough ride!
