Crealta is run by the cheapest company executives you can imagine. They are millionares and they have handed out shit to the new Crealta employee's! Starting with Insurance that sucks worse than regular Obama care, PTO - 15 days are you kidding... that is for kids right out of college, and a 401K that you might as well put your money in a savings account. Today the really big bonus was announced. Nobody is believing! Everything we have been handed so far is "C-" at best! All of the Savient people have taken pay cuts to be here. They have done nothing to inspire, to encourage, or to lift a finger to help sell one vial of K! And they think we should be motivated by the crap they have thrown at the employee's!
I guess the mass exit will give them a clue that nobody thinks they are doing a good job! There are better benefits, pay and now bonus at Big Pharma!!!!

That is what you get for sticking around to get kicked around! Glad I left before the end of S! I heard worse about Crealta! That they are doing the same as S. Did not look at the previous play books and doing the same plays! Has to be a cluster for the reps. Same shit differrent company!

With such a proven track record of the entire sales force of selling to over 100 total patients during the Savent days, each rep should probably be making a minimum of a million bucks and several more mil as bonus targets.

It was paid to the SVNT co-prez's when they each got their 200K bonus.

These are the same execs who founded Actient. It's a flip job for them. Develop a shell pharma company, acquire other companies products and sales team. Once all packaged together under the Crealta name they employ a smoke & mirrors trick to sell it to unsuspecting and ignorant buyers. Actient was sold to Auxilium for 10 times what it was worth and now Ed and the boys are back at it with Crealta. They have zero interest in taking care of anyone but themselves and will sell you as soon as the price is right. And then in a year or two start another pharma company and do the same.

You probably should Google Crealta...we were sold back in December to Horizon. "Ed and the boys" did very, very well, and frankly the Crealta employees did very well too. And most of us are here with Horizon doing very well. So what's your beef? You obviously were not with Crealta when they sold.

Not sure where this post is coming from. Google "Crealta and Horizon." We were sold to Horizon back in December (announced) and it closed in early January. "Ed and the boys" did very, very well on the deal, but so did all the Crealta employees. Horizon kept the entire commercial team and we are all doing great at Horizon. Why are you so uninformed and apparently bitter? You obviously were not a part of Crealta when it was sold.

Oops...I obviously am not very smart either since I posted the same message twice! Sorry about that...thought I screwed up on the first one. Oh well.
