Looking for some feedback please...How is the oncology environment at Ipsen? Good drug? Hands off management? Micromanagement? Worth the move?

Go ask some oncologist how popular the drug is. You must not be in oncology. So yea for you this small tree in the field is a good place for you to start.

its a fantastic place to work and an exceptionally helpful and well received product. Sure there are bumps being worked out, but Ipsen is fair, aggressive and for strong sales professionals only. Management is aggressive but fair and consistent. You have a decision to make, you won't find your answers on CP!

If anyone is ever considering joining Ipsen, don't crawl, walk or jog, but SPRINT like heck away from this place. By far the worst environment and the management is awful. Drug is for less than 1% of all malignancies and most of the Oncologists have never heard of Ipsen. This place is a complete and utter disaster

oh my. if you are basing your decision on why you find on cp we don't need you here. It's not perfect but it is fair, and for the most part fun. If you don't like accountability you won't like it. Sounds like you should stay clear.
