I never thought I would write a review on a company, but this one is the most unprofessional companies I have worked for. If you have no experience in device and are desperate to get at least a year of experience, go for it but you are not likely to stay long term. Not a company where you will develop and grow professionally. Rare to find reps who have been there longer than 2 years so no one really knows what they are doing. Most of management has no clue how to sell and they are petty and more concerned about you drinking the kool aid than actually sales numbers. Management often acts inappropriately when out partying with team. They also lie to prospective employees about pay, saying pay at plan is 120-140. Not even close. If you make more than $100,000, this company is not worth looking at.

The company does not treat you with respect. This is first evidenced where you have to share a room for 3 weeks with a stranger in a shitty hotel. The training is not positive, mostly just negative feedback. This doesn't get a lot better when you start in your territory. They are a B company that most hospitals don't care much about. They would do themselves a favor by not taking themselves so seriously.

The only positives are that the products are decent quality, made in USA and are a good value for customers. However, they are all me too products and saturated in most markets.

More like Z company. No one takes them seriously. Yawn. They sit at the loser table trying hard while the cool kids make fun of them. It's very sad and I'm embarrassed for them. They are all about working harder and not smarter there. All the above is spot on... And not to mention the pay is peanuts on top of working hard. Sad sad place. Get your device experience and go to a respected company like me and all the others who know their worth and aren't blinded by their bs and kool aid. Also fun fact- since you only really reap on evaluations (which happen once in a blue moon) there's nothing to really sell there, so the reps and managers all gossip and stir up drama because they have nothing better to do. Watch out. Watch what you say. The Brown nosers will twist things around. I can promise you that.
