Can anyone identify the average comp plans for sales reps? Average base + commission range? I researched this and found a wide range discrepancy. Also, obviously this isn't that important, but I was wondering what are the current/future fleet options? Escape, Equinox, etc? (It's always nice to know what to expect either way as we spend so much time in our cars). I appreciate any honest and helpful feedback. Thanks.
it's a free damn car! It would be nice to get top of the line. Figure what a FREE car is worth. I hope you have more concerns about the/a company than compensation and a car.

The entire industry is unstable. Money is good if you can live with the uncertainty. If anyone says they feel stable, they ha better take a closer look.

I do not think anyone was saying that you should not ask about compensation. You had better learn something about the company. If a candidate were to start off asking what the compensation, they would likely have a short interview. Sounds like you go on a lot of interviews.
