    They terminated 2 reps and the Regional Mgr for not signing a state specific non-compete. The reps walked away, and never looked back. Millennium is screwing reps on commissions, dropping the pay structure 80% when an account ages past two years old.

    I will tell you what happened....GREED! All the way around. Home office produces greedy sales reps and regional managers who crap on the ones who really make things work....the LSA'S! I say so long and dont let the door hit your greedy butt on the way out to both those reps and mr make promises and never keep them regional manager!

    LOL, I have worked for that regional manager for 4 years and would not equate him with greed at all! You should watch your opinions....
