Boys and girls, I have been in pharma for more than half my life. And I can say without a shred of reservation that Lannett's upper management is the most arrogant bunch of Olde Guarde dinosaurs to be left in charge of a drug company that I have ever seen. Way to kill motivation. Way to reward activity vs. actual sales. Way to separate your best from the herd...and kill them. To senior management: you will get what's coming, as time is the only variable in the sad, pre-written epitaph to this company.
