Hey- I am interested in some info about coming on board. What is the general base salary for experienced reps 10+ years? and is it a company car or allowance?

 

one of the best pharma out there. Base around 90-115. The kicker is the bonus. Avg 44 but you can make close to 200 on bonus alone if you drive towards success. Trust me

 

My base is $127k, made $95k in bonus last year. I love this progressive company!!!

 

Seriously JJ, you can't make up posts and then answer yourself with some BS about how awesome the company is. Very similar tactic used by NAZI's and the Soviet Union, which is very similar to how JJ leads.

 

Close to $200? That tells you its bs right there. That's Ridiculous.

 

Ridiculious? That'd because you never earned such bonuses! Go ask the Houston rep, go ask the two LA reps, and then go ask the Nashville rep! Then you can ask yourself, "am I ridiculious or am I just a mediocre rep"?

 

You mean the Nashville rep who was #1 in the company collected her bonus on Friday and then quit on Monday. I'll ask her. You point out 3 reps out of 35, how much did the rest of them make. There are worse places to work, that being said, the problem with this company is the ego's at the top. Heads so big they can't see below their noses at reality.
