Looking for some honest answers as my company just closed its doors. I need a job.
    1. What should salary expectations be 10 years pharma and hospital experience?
    2. Bonus potential?
    3. Vacation/Benefits?
    4. Company car or car allowance?
Thank you for honest answers as I have a family to support and investigating all opportunities.

$65,0000 salary. $8,000 bonus per year. 4 weeks vacation plus a week at Christmas. Decent company car. They do not pay well but benefits are pretty good. Personally I would keep looking. They just had another layoff.

    Dead on.

If you get an offer, take it and keep looking. That's what I did and it worked out well. Don't expect a career, as they "restructure" once or twice a year

if it's in the south take it. Lee Smith is a candy coated uninvolved pitiful example of a regional director. He does not monitor his district managers at all. You won't have any partners so you are the only rep in your territory. This makes it very easy to coast while you look for a better job.

Well said. VERY easy to fake it while shopping for better opportunity. Tom G is on his way out so he is pretty much slacking as well.

The district managers in the south don't monitor the reps either. The regional director doesn't manage his DMs. Monkey see monkey do. It's actually a pretty good gig because there is no chain in upper management for accountability of the salesforce.

If the position is in the North region don't even bother applying. Literally every single good DM has quit since the new RD has taken over. Oh yeah, the dude also wears 4 watches on his arm. If that doesn't tell you he's a micro manager I don't know what will.
