ZD is a no talent "Director". The only reason he's in any position is because Maneesh fancies him. Yep, you read it here. He hasn't been able to produce any positive results for any extended period of time and his leadership skills are pathetic. That said for all of the times he's thrown a hissy-fit one must recall that Maneesh also has been known to have his share of hissy-fits and temper tantrum's. So the apple hasn't fallen far from the colon-tree! Oh and don't forget Diane's temper tantrum's. What a joke those 3 are. Just remember Maneesh pulls all the leavers and he prefers people who lick his ass and have little to no leadership skills. Hiring and promoting someone with anything more would mean that he would be easily exposed for his own lack of capabilities as COO. & Flynn? He's just stupid. Enough said.
