Stephanie stop trying to pump yourself up!!! There is not ANYONE EVER who would write that your are a good manager. Don't try to make yourself look better. It's amazing you still have a job. Even those of us who have been on the management team with you know how bad you are! You only are out for you and take credit for all your reps work, like you did it yourself!!! Selfish and Self centered!!!

 

Get over yourself... Stephanie again the only one who could possible write good about herself. She may actually believe it!!!

 

By talent you mean how to kiss ass... pump herself up.. take credit for others work... YES those are all Stephanie Kavanagh's talents, but none of those are hidden!! Even people retired from Berlex/Bayer still talk about how horrible you are as a boss and what a completely immoral person you are!

 

it's clear bayer is the awful one in this situation. Stephanie is smart for being able to sit at home all day, cancel all her field visits, and lie and manipulate all her reps. Why does anyone do anything? Because they can. Stephanie knows she can play her game and no matter how many people complain Bayer will never do anything. I think we're just jealous she can do about whatever she wants and get away with it.

 

Well it's over now she was let go and her team survived. What till they get aload of SR. Hopefully most went to KG. It's a new era of bitches!
