They had a Lab called Northwest Physician Labs they closed that because of an investigation. They now started Altius which is basically the same.

NW Physician Labs was bilking my insurance company to the tune of $3,200 per month. I called them and they are still answering the phones.

Has anyone actually received a collections call from them? or seen charges on your credit report?
