Anyone know what the format is like for interviews this week? Recruiter told me all behavioral questions. STAR format and with one "territory situation" question where you are given materials to review then discuss situation with DM....sounds very vague. Does anyone know more? Thanks!
No, nothing more but before the interview you get to hear company strategy and those detail. Bring application ready along with three copies of a resume. Pretty intense plan to spend about 75 min in the interview.
All of these interviews are the same. Doesn't matter the name on the business card. Nobody knows your accomplishments or competencies better than you. Just answer in a STAR format, and you'll be fine. Unless you have done nothing in which case you'll have to BS your way through it.
