Delaware Supreme Court Decision in favor of Caris employees

Law360, Wilmington (June 6, 2016, 6:00 PM ET) -- The Delaware Supreme Court, in an uncommon split decision Monday, upheld the Chancery Court’s ruling that Caris Life Sciences’ employees were purposefully shortchanged by $16.3 million in a 2011 spinoff and merger.

 

Now what is DH going to do?

 

I guess he will have to pawn the Bentley....what a shame BUTT HEAD!!!!!!
