Not busting chops. Not a troll. I am an ex-employee, helped with launch of Otrexup. Just curious because the stock is sinking. Wondering what's going on, how people are doing.

Why do you think is that? Any problems with company?

What I see about Antares, it's pretty good company, with good potential. But stock down much. Maybe you know any reasons why it goes down.

I agree & that's what I am trying to figure out. Good company, good people, potential yet the stock is pretty low. I thought even modest sales of Otrexup would benefit company stock because its a small company.

I think it's just market overreaction, or manipulation. It will be Earnings date on November 5. Maybe will change something. There is website http://stocktwits.com/ People share their thought there

otrexup sales were passed by Rasuvo in September and continue to fall and lose market share. Only a matter of time...

    DISTRICT MANAGERS NOT NEEDED:

It's an obsolete job in a dying profession. Their job is almost entirely automated. They don't reall hire or fire anymore. Expense report is automated. They are clueless about geography business dynamics and have poor product knowledge. I had multi million dollar institutional accounts. Never did a manager ask to go in one with me. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on speaker programs. Never did a manager ever attend. They have been relegated to coaching. Most are ill suited, ill trained and inept at it. To most managers " coaching" becomes a euphemism for " bullying." You would think that the people in these positions would take it upon themselves to actually demonstrating some value by assuming some key account responsibility or taking the lead on advanced training or take on a special project or something. But they are lazy and stupid. Most just show up late to dot the i's on some forms they printed out that morning, ask " where's lunch"?, criticize activities they themselves know little about and were lousy at when they were in it, go home early, schedule a teleconference and use their " office day" to mow their lawn. The " position" such as it is, should be elminated. At best it's useless, at worst demoralizing and counter productive. Some engage in the worst nepotism, favoritism and probably labor illegality. Eliminate managers

Did you ever stop to think how messed up this two days a month with our managers really is? What other job in the company has someone continuously following them around for 8 hours straight for two consecutive days, every single month, hanging on their every word, critiquing them, and then writing up an evaluation? Thankfully my manager is male and can't come into the ladies room, which is my only break away from him.

I wonder if any other job in the company gets a written evaluation every month? We are already measured by our numbers.

Friends who are in field sales in other industries can't believe this.

Sinking ship. Sinking stock. Upper management carousel promotes incompetence. Top reps leaving in droves. More to come shortly. Need I say more?

Join Antares as a female and I hear you will inevitably be sexually harassed by a teammate at a company meeting. Report it to corporate and nothing is done. Have fun with that.

What is the realistic base plus bonus potential if decent commercial coverage in your geography? Also how are the products? Thank you I was recently approached by a recruiter and wanting some real feedback.

This company is in bad shape. 42% turnover this year and Xyosteed is having FDA issues but company will not let employees know and they can't get reps to join the train wreck of a company with the base starting at $120k. The current reps aren't making that except the top 4 and they are looking to get out. Sad managent team- all good friends that go out with CEO on Fridays.

Joke of a company....top 5 reps can sit at home and collect their commission $$$ and the rest fight for rxs and scraps...wont get better with product launch when they can't get it right with otrexup!!!
