I'm working via a headhunter and interviewing for an exec Marketing position with Chiesi. Can anyone speak to the type of team currently in place at their NC office? Thanks

You can get all of the free salami you want, just go the mens room from 2PM to 4PM. If you're lucky, you may be able to suck on some meat balls. Salute!

Everyone on my team is wanting to leave due to manager. It's a crying shame. Don't work here even if you are unemployed. The only good thing, is only women are being promoted here.

Women getting promoted here???!!! That's a joke! So why is it that the NAM team is all male??? Every time there is an opening it's filled with a MAN?!

Like it or not, but woman are not as dependable as men. Woman are always leaving to have babies or just want to quit to spend more time with the kids. Men do not do that, therefore they are better suited for promoting. The truth hurts.

Who is manager to avoid? Manager is a priority in job.

KP is the worse. He has never been a hospital rep or manager. He is a micromanaging, harassing, condescending, bully. His field contact reports are negative on everyone and even include lies to make the person look bad. All but one are looking for other positions. They will be gone when offers come. Don't take it.

  14. That's so they can go on trips and to meetings together and talk about who has the best ass, best rack, and sells like a man. If you get promoted to the guys club, they can't talk about your big tits anymore. Ask the reps out West. Those tits go a long way.

You are such a jerk. Single women who don't get any child support work harder than men. They never get to quit, but have to raise their babies alone on one income without any help from their ex husbands. Women are more dependable than men because they don't have time for anything but work and being mom. Men all have their hobbies that take up time: golf, fishing, boating, women, sports, working out, ect. Women who are single, do not even have time to work out. Think before you type such "wrong" posts you jealous fool.

What is a realistic annual bonus here?

I would say most reps make around 7-8000 per quarter. Corp changes it so much during the year, it almost a game for them. This year they took 25% back if you were not over 70% with all products. Oh and then we had a kicker but that last one quarter.... Some reps make more if they have a conversion. It's all over the place with different factors. But I would say on average 7-8000.
