If you are asking because you are interviewing for a position don't do it. The turnover in this company is unbelievable. There is very little money to be made. Don't ask about the bonus ask other more serious questions. Many of us were tricked coming over here. There is no bonus to be made, does not matter what they tell you they are lying. The benefits are the worst in the industry. Unless you are desperate for a job do not do it.
Top sales? That's laughable. They moved the trip for 6 months. A year after the close of the sales year. They are Hoping we leave. This drug is a mega flop and we will not be here by then. All that work for nothing.
They confirmed if it's not a crazy sales year they are pulling the plug by April. They would have to increase sales 10 fold to barely break even. It's not happening.
