FYI that your pay is about to change. JnJ Pharma/Biotech will be changing from a pay for performance system to a fixed system in 2017. There will be no bonus incentive compensation. Employees effected will be given raises to compensate ranging from zero increase on upward. All sales staffing are to be effected. This means the disparity of base pay among older, more tenured reps and the newer reps will be negated. This will likely cause many seasoned and high bonus reps to leave the organization. Ultimately this is a good faith move to the FDA ending decades of a lack of transparency. This is a similar program to what P&G and GSK enacted with much success. The move leaves many to wonder if a GSK and JnJ merger is not far off in the future.

No people will not leave because there aren't any jobs out there especially if they are older (over 50) not to mention the benefits.

Not happening in all regions. Marti had a Town Hall in Boston and said our region doesn't have to worry. It only applies to regions where she knows that the reps aren't working. Around here, we see at least sixteen docs a day, and close HARD on every one of them! She saw the call reports and the call reports don't lie. Her exact words: You guys are carrying the country and you all get bigger bonuses starting NOW! Just keep seeing those 16 docs a day, Monday through Sunday. Boston strong baby!

I believe you suffer from a form of retardation.

No it just takes the older reps longer. If you get a pay cut you will leave. If you get a raise you will celebrate and be a hard working S.O.B. (for a few weeks). This is human nature 101. BTW there are quite a number of expansion in the immunology field these days and more to come.

I would love this to happen. I was just thinking that my case would only value at several millions. I love thinking that it could $10m with punitive damages. Fuck that silly EEOC bs. Janssen's worst nightmare is about to come true. Karma really is a bitch if you know what I mean!!!
