MB's final send off on the last day of the POA was one of the most deflating / demotivating speeches I've ever heard from a senior leader at a major biotech company. This is the guy supposed to be leader us to bigger and better things? Really????
An educated, experienced and thoughtful approach is what's needed. MB has the smarts to direct us through the next 2 years, as he plans on reevaluating how we operate top to bottom. The speech giving may not be uplifting, but the projects this company plans on bringing to market are inspiring enough! Stay if you can and realize the rewards to come
Clearly MB is thoughful and experienced. No doubt. But what new programs in the late stage pipeline do you find inspiring? There's nothing there!
