Beware-John Vopal/Chris Purcell-underhanded results

    John Vopal is A Human Resource Director. Chris Purcell is a Senior Manager out of San Antonio. Beware!! These employees should be fired. If you are an experienced rep over 45, if you are on a PIT, if you are fighting the PIT because you think it is absolutely wrong, you should be aware of what is coming. If John Vopal wants you to ride with Chris Purcell, they will have Chris come in and evaluate your performance. He will tell you that he will only make evaluations of what he sees each day. He will tell you he is there to make sure the District Manager isn't taking advantage of his position. After riding with you, Chris will say you did a great job, that you have nothing to worry about, that you did an excellent job with the clinicals, the PI, and the detail piece. He will then ask you to write an evaluation that really makes him sound like a great guy, building him up so it would look foolish if you came back later and said something else. It is only my opinion, but I believe Chris is the worst liar and has the lowest character of any person I've ever known. In a couple of weeks, John Vopal will say there was a problem with the previous trip, that management felt like you cherry picked the doctors you called on. John Vopal will want you to ride with Chris Purcell again. Do Not! When he rides with you, he will interrupt your presentations and say you could only give the detail in fragments. He will say you couldn't get through a presentation, but again, it will only be because he keeps interrupting your presentation. He will tell you how God has blessed his life, how he is so glad he can help people like you. He will even have his watch set at three o'clock in the afternoon, so he can say a silent pray, since Jesus died at that time. But his second ride with you will be so detrimental that you won't believe you rode with the same person. It most likely,will be full of lies so make sure you keep everything in writing. And if the state you live in, allows you to tape your conversations, make SURE you tape them like I did. Get proof, so you can take it to court. They will do everything they can for the company, so Beware!! They do not care about you.

    This is indicative of the HR train ride to nowhere. The HR directors are incompetent boobs who couldn't fight for what is right. BEWARE. HR directors are in Chuckies back pocket and they will f you at every turn.
    No talent losers with no ability to protect people. Sue them,

    Hey Gene - you know why you were fired. No skill + no accountability = unemployment line. Dont hate on Vopal and Purcell. Take a look in the mirror. You were an average sales rep at best. You know it, Chuckie knew it, and everyone knew it. You're entire team knew it. Your peers hated you. Truth hurts son.
