Management is not going to respond to any rumors of buyouts, institutional holdings, debt restructuring that is not positive news. Wall Street and employees would see right through such a blatant pump and respond accordingly. At this time, there is not any good news worth releasing information on. If there was, a press release would be issued (as in the past). This doesn't mean in the future the company may not have positive news to report. But at this time, there is simply nothing to report that is concrete positive news.
