Arthrex troll. I have sold probably 1000 different jugs. There is no issue with pull out. There is an issue with Arthrex not offering a similar product. It will not pull out. Your father should have.

Not an Arthrex troll, am a Biomet rep in south Texas. Believe what you want, it is a POS. I also believe the best part of you probably ran down your mommies leg when your daddie pulled out.

why is it so hard to believe how many of these things are being used? we go through at least 10-20 a week in my area. got about 4 docs using them currently. I have had a couple problems but overall, the juggerknot is a great product.

I think the biggest problem that is being over looked is the drill depth. I am sure there will eventually be some serious issues with glenoid fracturing. Thoughts?

    Depth can be adjusted.

Wait until Linvatec rolls the Y-Knot into your accounts and sell it based on price like they always do. Your $400.00 suture will now be $150.00. That's if Linvatec can ever figure out what they are doing.

Biomet, Linvatec, and Stryker now all have all-suture anchors. As an Arthrex rep, I would never show my docs the Arthrex in-house studies (and lose all creditability as a consultant). I have a doc using Juggerknots for his medial row RCR repairs, SwiveLocks lateral, and have seen two Juggerknots pull out, out of prob 100 in the last year. Only problem is that both patients were over 80 yrs old and terrible bone; I'm sure a 4.75 SwiveLock would have done the same. In case people are unaware, Arthrex bid on license in 2010-2011 for an all-suture anchor but lost it to Stryker who developed the ICONIX platform (which is actually pretty decent). Since then Arthrex has submitted several patents.

I'm sure the Arthrex "SutureWad" will be the main focus in D.C. as NSM this year.

Any of your idiots want to retract all these bad comments on here about Jugger knots? Insert foot into mouth.....1.6 million Jugger knits implanted in 4 years! Pretty sure it's a really good anchor!
