Has anyone ever worked for this manager here at Aventis? Recently, she has been working at a smaller pharmaceutical company for the last year. Unfortunately, her management style and personality have appeared to have driven off a lot of reps and has made life extremely stressful for the ones who stayed around to work for her at this smaller company. Has anybody else experienced this negative management style from her here? Thanks for any feedback.
Never heard of her, but I sure wouldn't be intimidated by any woman. I'd give it back to her with such force I'd make her cry.
