Does the company replace or service older exogen 4000

I got an exogen 4000 machine from my neighbor and it won't stop beeping and keeps displaying the triangle with the exclamation point symbol. It has registered 97 treatments and 2 incomplete treatments.

Will the company service it without the original prescription?
Does any one know what error code that is or how to fix it?
Will the machine still deliver ultrasound?

 

Exogen is a Smith & Nephew product. Not Zimmer Biomet/EBI.
