WS Grinder and Kudos are the same poster and they are a fraud. Posts are 15-30 min apart constantly. In addition the use the same style and language.

WS Grinder claims he was kicked out of Stock Twits. The ban you from posting due to harassing other members or stock manipulation. Which one was it for you WS Grinder?

Now he claims that this rumor of the buyout was an elaborate plot by traders to dump in the open market. However there was no dump. Stock price rose from $0.67 the prior day to $0.92 as the high of the day and closed at $0.87 on heavy volume in the after hours.

If this was an elaborate pump and dump scheme as he claims, there would have been a massive sell off and price would have collapsed to the prior day's closing or lower. If this was a scheme the perpetrators would have exited at the end of the day. Again there was no sell off. They would have exited at the end of the day and would never hold on to the shares over the weekend. Big risk to hold overnight even bigger risk to hold over the weekend.

He further claims that management used this opportunity to dump 18m shares into the open market. If this was true, what is management doing? Monitoring threads for rumors to take advantage of the situation? Or better yet, colluding with traders to create false rumors, manipulate stock price and dump shares into the open market. This is called secuties fraud and involves jail time. I don't think that John Sedor wants to end his career like this.

You see WS grinder your alegations are bogus. If you are right you are getting non public information which would make you either an insider, someone who engages in corporate espionage or a stock manupulator (the reason the might have kicked you put of stock twits). Any of those are punishable crimes.

If management timed the issuance of 18m shares in the open market the day there was such a rumor, it would be a clear flag to the SEC that there is fraud involved and they will launch an investigation of which you will be a part of. That knock on the door might be them looking for you. Further more mgt can sue you for defamation.

Last but not least stock price did not collapse like it would on a pump and dump. It went up. Yes it did not close at the high of the day but it was significantly higher going into the weekend. Fraudsters want their money asap and would never fo into a weekend not cash in in.

    Good luck WS Grinder

Thanks for explaining Grinder's take on what probably happened on Friday better than Grinder could have himself. You were spot on, but a few clarifications.

Sedor and Pernix was NOT involved in fraud. The dilution of additional shares in the market place was clearly stated by them as a most likely possibility (their words not mine) in thier last filing.

Also the rumor I repeated on the pump and dump and coordinated investor attack was indeed reported by highy respected financial media "Benzina". So it proved to have indeed happened.

Finally, the worse is not over. Once major news outlets confirm their is no buyout, the real pump will take place and stock price tank big time next week.

I do not wish for anyone to lose money. My posts are not recommendations, inside tips, etc. It is just to state the obvious to novice new investors that have been losing a lot of money to professional investors who are playing them like chumps.

As for crimes. LOL - WS Grinder just repeating obvious stock information like it was clear to any smart investor that Cohen sold his shares last quarter, that layoffs were needed due to heavy debt load, that the earnings report would be just okay - not good or not great. That no new guidance would be released. This is not crimes as you state. It is called proper due diligence.

as to the above poster's "as to the crimes" comment...all the criminals (Dougie, Terry, Sanjaya, Barry) they are all gone (fired with no severance). But the results of their crimes live on in the eventual demise of this company. Doing drugs and hookers at national meetings. And let's be frank, Sedor and the other Board members let it happen. I guess that would have been OK if they had any idea how to run a commercial pharma company...but they didn't and their extreme hubris and borderline sociopathic unwillingness to listen to people who knew how to do things (Shalaby) is the reason we are where we are.

RS is a part of this fiasco just as any of the other upper management. My manager has a hard on for this guy and always mentions his name like he's the "one" who rose from the dead. Also the same manager telling everyone that things are going to be good in the near future. Don't trust em because they are trying to keep retention numbers lower, regardless of who gets fuk'd in the end.

Agree, this company is doomed in debt and no fiscally responsible investor/company will take on this sinking ship! As stated on previous posts, the pain mkt is rapidly contracting and opioid utilization is declining rightfully so! Sleep/Migraine/Pain all can be treated generically and prefered by patients and managed care. Aggressively rebating to pump up sales is not a recipe for success. Mgmnt is trying to salvage whatever they can but the inevitable is rapidly approaching and we will be left behind! Trust me
