Track and Trace? Really? Farce! Really!

So sick of lying for Elanco to my accounts about diversion! I did not sign up for this! My so called colleagues are cultivating diverters and then bragging about their supposed skills to close the promotions. The promo rebates for our accounts and their clients are slow pay, no pay! There is so much wrong here and the fox is guarding the henhouse! The dm is allocating extra samples to the reps with the big diverters? WTF! Then he takes credit for being the one to close the deals because we did it his way, like when he was a rep! Everybody talks chit about everyone on the "team" and the culture is intertwined with rhetoric from the abundant amount of ladder climbers who trip up the ankles of everone! What a chitshow Elanco has become! If I had known this was the accepted culture, I would have stayed at my other job! So much for my new dream job!

No big surpise about the diversion, but interesting hearing it from a cry baby. Get with the program and go get some. The consensus behind the scenes is that the 2 male DMs out West are way over their heads and have no idea how to manage people. Their true colors will eventually show through once senior management starts to turn the screws for poor performance... "Boom!"

 

Ladies! Get a grip! Diversion will always be an important tool for all veterinary manufacturers, even Elanco! T&T is a nice white lie that keeps vets on our side, and we will continue to add more of the small time diverters to the DNS list as we catch them. But we will have to continue to allow the high volume diverters to operate like legitimate channel partners in order to maintain our goal achievement, especially during a time when competition is killing us! Don't blame the DMs! They march to the same drum as all of us!

 

The great black hope will save us all. He is back from Europe and will lead this company back to profit and culture. He is so amazing, I heard he walked on water one time at a meeting. He also turned water into wine at a dinner meeting.
