What's going on? Layoffs are coming...

    So... if they're currently an employee, what makes you think they haven't "cut it"?

    You act like this job has substance...Do you see that younger, cuter, rep over there? They're ready to replace you with next to no experience and this includes management as well. Your children would be seen as a higher potential candidate than you!! That's how little your "cutting it" really matters to the world.
    Most people with ambition are bored to tears within two years of this monotony. There's nothing to cut in this gig. That's why so many who've accepted this position are doing other things on the side. I'm not sure what reality has to do with with feeling jaded as you say. It just sounds like a whole lot of projection on your part.
    Since you sell in neuroscience, I suggest you look up that term and understand what it means. Honestly, you really don't have to...we know this job certainly doesn't require it.

    Read the original post. Anyone who cheers for the failure of others, whether an individual or company is jaded. In terms you may understand better...they are an ass. typical millennial with all the answers.
